Wealth of management and business development experience
My background is in commercial sales and training. I have more than 20 years experience in newspaper advertising sales and management, business development, in-house staff change and development programmes and individual coaching and mentoring.
I have a significant knowledge of sales, marketing and management as well as extensive experience in delivering coaching and training programmes to individuals and groups in the publishing, retail and construction industries.
My previous roles include Sales Manager and Training and Development Manager for Archant Norfolk, and Management Development Trainer for May Gurney.
In the past I have been involved with encouraging the use of individual personal development programmes within Archant, and also during my voluntary work as job coach/trainer for Business Action on Homelessness, resulting in higher levels of self-confidence and commitment.
I now work with individuals and groups as a life skills coach, business coach or trainer. My job is to help people and businesses get from where they are to where they want and need to be.
I love my work, and this is reflected in the fact that I have won several prestigious awards.
