Sales Coaching

I work with sales managers and executives to create workshops that are designed to help sales teams develop the skills they need, taking into account the type of business and the customer base. I then follow this up with a tailored coaching programme.

I'll spend time out on the road with your sales team, during 'live calls'. After I've seen members of the team in action, I'll get everyone together for a de-brief  to encourage people to think about objective setting and how they manage calls. This is also an opportunity to share successes, tips and techniques, enabling your staff to learn from each other.
